Marco Guzzi, poet and philosopher, is married and has three children. In 1999 he founded a group of interior liberation called “Darsi Pace”. From 1985 to 1998 he conducted some of the major talk-shows for RAI Radio. From 1985 to 2002 he directed poetic and philosophic seminars for the Eugenio Montale International Center in Rome. In 2005 he began teaching at the Claretianum. Beginning in 2008 he has been a professor in the Department of Education at the Pontifical Salesian University. In 2009 Benedict XVI appointed him as a member of the Pontifical Academy for Fine Arts and Letters of the Virtuosi al Pantheon. Since 2004 he has been developing the “Crocevia” (Crossroads) series published by Edizioni Paoline. He is the author of numerous books, both poetic and theoretic in nature.

Mario Pireddu, researcher at the Department of Education Sciences of Roma Tre University, where he is a member of the Laboratory of Audiovisual Technologies, is a professor of “mass media, new media and society of networks” at the International University of Languages and Media (IULM) of Milan and Associate Professor at the University of Viterbo. He deals with communication and forms of learning, sociology of cultural processes and media theory. Author of books and articles, he is on the scientific committee of the “Postumani” series of the publisher Mimesis, and on the editorial board of the “GOD-Immaginario” series for the publisher Bevivino Editore.

He holds a Doctorate in Communications honoris causa from the American University of Rome and has worked for five Popes as Head of English Programming, first with Vatican Radio and now with the Vatican Dicastery for Communications. He teaches courses in Management and Media at the Pontifical Gregorian University and gives Communications workshops all over the world. She travels around various churches and cultural centers looking after biblical formation and evangelization. Now she lives in Dumenza (in the province of Varese) where she and her husband, as a pastoral couple, live in a big house and offer brief hospitality for persons who are in crisis, or are searching, or simply desire to exchange views with someone. She writes books and collaborates with various Catholic and Protestant magazines on themes of the Bible, and ecumenical and inter-religious dialogue. She published the book Fare strade con le Scritture (2017) with the Paoline.

He graduated with a degree in Political Science from the University of Milan, and a doctorate in Social Politics and Sociology of the Family from the Dept. of Sociology of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and is the Director of CISF (Centro internazionale studi famiglia or International Center for Studies on the Family). From 2009 to 2015 he was the national president of the Forum delle associazioni familiari (Forum of Family Associations). He collaborates with various scientific journals of a sociological nature. He has published books and articles.

He currently teaches religion in Rome at the Scientific State High School called “Teresa Gullace Talotta” (public high school focused on the study of science) and the State Institute of Higher Education for Cinema and Television called “Roberto Rossellini”. He published I miracoli di Gesù. Dramma e rivelazione (Jesus’ Miracles: Drama and Revelation, 2008) with Paoline. His blog Bella, prof! is widely followed.
