The Daughters of St. Paul of Korea have published a book entitled, Where Will the Polar Bears Go?, written by Fr. Benedict Hwang, Changyeon. The aim of the text is to encourage people to take an interest in environmental issues. In promoting the book, our sisters made use of today’s language, SNS, code QR.
They also created a video clip advertisement: http://www.pauline.or.kr/images/media/test.wmv, which gave web navigators the chance to participate in a contest by using their own blogs or Youtube to offer their personal suggestions concerning Fr. Hwang’s book or the environment. Participants were asked to leave their addresses on the advertisement page of the sisters’ virtual book center (http://www.pauline.or.kr/special/pageview?page id=65).
