As part of their celebrations of a week dedicated to the Word of God, the FSPs of Wonju, Korea, set up an exhibition of about 80 watercolors by Sr. Helena Hye-jin Um, on the theme Plants in the Bible. This first-time collection of Sr. Helena’s artistry was on display from 25-30 November 2019 in the exhibition hall of the Catholic Center in the Wonju Diocese.
Sr Helena created the drawings as illustrations for a 2020 desk calendar entitled With the Lord which, together with a pocket-size edition of a calendar entitled With the Word, are published annually by the FSPs of Korea. These two products, thanks to the precious original paintings with which they are illustrated, are an elegant gift for the new year.
