SOUTH AFRICA
New Website, New Proposals

After months of intensive work, the new website of the Daughters of St. Paul of South Africa went online on 15 January 2012. The site offers an abundance of information, easily accessible to navigators. This renewed online presence was made possible through the help of SICOM (our International Secretariat for Communications) and the graphics department of the Generalate community–a collaboration that underscores the possibility for Pauline integration and globalization.

Constructed with Joomla (a content management system), the website offers its visitors numerous opportunities for navigation. Through simple and immediate research, it is possible to access news, new publications, cultural events, prayer proposals, information about the FSPs, etc. All the products carried by our Pauline book centers in South Africa  have been transferred to the section “Our Products.” Other important functions are the “Best Sellers” page and the “New Releases Bulletin”–a digital bulletin generated and sent out directly from the website.

We send our best wishes to our courageous sisters of South Africa, confident that their new website will be both dynamic and fruitful, in keeping with the urging of Blessed James Alberione to always “strain ahead.” Everyone is invited to stop by for a visit.
