From May 17 to June 1, 2025, young women in formation, together with the Pauline Sisters, undertook a mission in the Diocese of Borongan, Eastern Samar. Bringing to life the charism of communication, they strengthened the congregation’s presence and shared the Gospel through family visits, Bible animation, vocation promotion, and creative workshops for children.
A highlight of the mission was the “Little Artists of God” project, which brought together around 500 children in a joyful blend of faith and creativity. The mission touched hearts and sowed seeds of hope.
This intense experience which culminated in the diocese’s first-ever World Communications Sunday, drawing 150 participants from parishes, religious communities, and local organizations, reaffirmed Blessed James Alberione’s intuition: “The media are the most powerful means of evangelization.”
More than just a formative experience, the mission marked a concrete step in strengthening the Pauline presence in Eastern Samar – spreading faith and hope in the peripheries of the Gospel.
