At the end of the Eucharistic Celebration in St. Peter’s Square closing the Jubilee Year of Mercy, Pope Francis signed his Apostolic Letter, Misericordia et misera. The Letter, which is addressed to the whole Church, urges everyone to continue to live the graces of the Jubilee.

Representing all the people of God, a Cardinal, a Bishop, two missionary of mercy priests, two women religious, a young married couple, a family, and two sick people all received a copy of the document from the hands of the Holy Father himself.

One of the two above-mentioned religious was Sr. Lucia Kim, a Korean FSP who is a member of our Institute’s General Council. Sr. Lucia says she was overwhelmed with emotion and gratitude to the Lord for this honor, which she considers to be a true sign of God’s mercy.
