The Paulines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo have begun the journey toward the Centenary of foundation of the Pauline Family–a preparatory period that opens at a difficult time for the citizens of this country, who are in the midst of presidential and parliamentary elections.

In the tense socio-political situation, a new project has been launched to offers hope to the people: the Daughters of St. Paul, fully supported by the Local Church, are distributing free pamphlets to the public on timely subjects so as to help them get through this period of instability and confusion. These small instruments of formation encourage the Congolese people to look to the future courageously and hopefully, and to exercise their right to vote freely and uprightly. The booklets also help them get to know the Pauline Family and its service to the Church and world.

It is a small step in a difficult story; a precious drop in the ocean of life.
