Taizé is living a special celebratory summer this year. As a matter of fact, three important anniversaries fall in 2015: on 12 May, Brother Roger, the founder of the community, would have turned 100, and 16 August is the 10th anniversary of his death. In addition, the 75th anniversary of the foundation of the community is being celebrated this year.
For the first time, all the brothers who live in the community’s fraternities across the world will return to Taizé to commemorate these milestones.
