It is always a great joy for the sisters of the Delegation to get together for their annual meeting. This year’s encounter, held in the climate of the Easter Triduum and the Centenary of our Congregation, focused on getting to know the Pauline charism better and also aimed at helping the participants grow in the charismatic-spiritual heritage they received from Fr. Alberione.
Fr. José Antonio Perez, ssp, helped the sisters translate into life experience the three programmatic phrases communicated to our Founder by Jesus Master: Do not be afraid. I am with you. From here I want to enlighten. The reassuring words harmonized very well with the spirit of the Triduum and the experience was intensified by the presence of the Pauline Family at the various Holy Week functions.
The Easter Liturgy was enriched by the celebration of the 50th Jubilee of Profession of Sr. Saveria Antonietti and the 60th Jubilees of Sr. Rosario Gutiérrez and Sr. Rafaela Fornas. The 4-day encounter concluded with a lively exchange of ideas concerning creative ways to celebrate our Centenary of foundation.
