The Daughters of St. Paul of Mumbai recently held a National Seminar for their Pauline Cooperators. Fifty-five men and women from Bandra, Borivili, Bangalore, Mangalore, Nagpur, Calcutta, Trivandrum and Ahmedabad, accompanied by the sisters in charge of each group, participated in the event. The program included input sessions, group discussions, a presentation of each group’s activities, a visit to the various apostolic sectors in Bandra and a cultural evening featuring entertainment coupled with mission.
Day two opened with the Eucharist celebrated by Fr. Michael Raj, provincial superior of the Society of St. Paul, who made an impassioned plea to the assembly to imitate Jesus the Good Shepherd in their dealings with one another. Afterward, time was dedicated to sharing views, comments and suggestions concerning the format of future meetings, uniformity of training/orientation and the possibility of producing a newsletter and/or blog–all of which were discussed with great verve.

At the end of the encounter, all the participants expressed their happiness and gratitude for the seminar and for the orientations they received.
