The Integral Growth of the Daughter of St. Paul: this was the theme of the meeting for our Junior Professed sisters of Europe, held at the Generalate, Rome, from 23-31 August 2013. This year, the group–made up of Srs. Andrea and Karina from the Czech Republic, Srs. Ana Maria and Paula from Romania, Sr. Sara from Portugal and Sr. Silvia from Poland–was enriched by the presence of two Korean Juniors, Srs. Madeleine and Susanna, who are here in Rome to continue their studies.

The conferences on responsible freedom, on the apostolic spirit of Maestra Thecla and on the prayer The Pact were interwoven with times of sharing, reflection, prayer and testimony that helped to revive in our young sisters the desire to conform their lives always more to that of Christ the Master. The group also made a special trip to Ariccia to greet our Chapter delegates and absorb the climate of this historic congregational event.

Welcoming the Juniors, Sr. M. Antonieta Bruscato said she hoped each of them would strive always more wholeheartedly toward holiness and live the apostolic mysticism of our charism in the spirit of St. Paul, our model and teacher.
