Following the solemn opening of the Centenary of the Birth of the Pauline Family, the Daughters of St. Paul of India programmed a series of joyous initiatives to celebrate the occasion. Two of the most significant of these were:
– for the Pauline Family and our Pauline collaborators: a symposium the theme of evangelization today in the complex world of communications. Among the subjects treated, those that aroused the greatest interest were Women and the Media, and The Media and Religious Life.
– for the FSPs: a quiz on Venerable Thecla Merlo to help our sisters deepen their knowledge of Prima Maestra.
Thus the Centenary Year became a favorable time for our sisters to live the Pauline charism more intensively and commit themselves to it with renewed enthusiasm.
