The young FSPs of Madagascar recently visited each class of a local school, where they presented the Book of Psalms in such a way as to make its beautiful message meaningful to the students of every grade level.
The students all listened very attentively to the sisters? presentations and afterward asked many questions concerning how use the psalms for prayer, manifesting the often unexpressed thirst young people have for the Word of God, its values and ideals so as to help them live in a difficult society, which often transmits contradictory messages.
The interest and enthusiasm the students displayed in this project was revealed in the fact that the sisters disseminated about 2000 copies of their booklet on the Psalms that day, prompting them to reaffirm that the Word of God is always life-giving, both for those who proclaim it and those who receive it.
