A team of Pauline collaborators headed by Sr. Isabel Centenaro participated in the 13th Pan-American Book Fair recently held in Belem, Brazil. The Fair had a record turn-out this year: a total of about 505,000 people between exhibitors and visitors.
To celebrate this event, the Brazilian government gave all the country’s teachers a “book bonus” of 150 reais (about 60 euros or USD $85) to spend at the Fair and many of those teachers flocked to our FSP stand with this gift.
The “guest exhibitor” at the Fair this year was France and next year it will be the continent of Africa.
