A month dedicated to reading, relishing and rediscovering Sacred Scripture and searching for new ways to disseminate it: this is the initiative proposed by the Pauline Family of Albano, present in the diocese for more than 50 years. The project, which is being carried out in collaboration with other groups in the area, was launched on 9 September with a solemn Eucharistic Celebration and the enthronement of the Word of God in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, headquarters of the Poor Clare Sisters of Albano. The month will conclude in this same church on 14 October with a ceremony featuring the consignment of the Gospel to all the participants in the initiative and the commission to proclaim the Word to everyone.

The month will be characterized by times of prayer and formation in different places. A very meaningful encounter has been scheduled with noted biblical scholar Fabio Ciardi in the SSP Divine Master community, Ariccia. Another major event will be a musical performance entitled The Word in Song, designed to pay homage to the Word as the inspirer of all the different arts.

The agenda also includes a Eucharistic Celebration in Queen of Apostles Hospital and the gift of a Bible to each patient.
