A new satellite channel dedicated entirely to information, with news presented “in the light of the Church precepts”, aimed to “build bridges of peace”, to provide points of reference for those who want to “work for the common good” and to make “war on war “, in the heart of the Middle East torn by bloody conflicts.
This is the ambitious program adopted by an all-news television network Noursat-Tele Lumiere, inaugurated in its headquarters in Dora, in the north-eastern suburb of Beirut, during a ceremony that was also attended by the Archbishop Gabriele Caccia, apostolic Nuncio in Lebanon and Maronite Archbishop of Beirut, Boulos Matar.
