Pope Francis's Encyclical on Human and Divine Love offers an invitation to rediscover the Heart of Jesus as the source of divine and human love that can heal a wounded world. In times of great challenge, such as the dominance of materialism and comfort, the diminishing value of spiritual life, and division in society, the Pope leads us to ‘return to the heart,’ to touch the core of our being and to see the love of God dwelling in Christ.
