Washington, D.C., capital of the United States, is home to the world’s largest museum of Sacred Scripture. Totaling 40,000 square meters (430,00 sq. feet) of floor space, the entire 8-story building is dedicated to the Book that, more than any other, has influenced the history of humanity. The purpose of the museum, which was established entirely by private funds, is to invite visitors to interact and dialogue with the Bible by means of a non-partisan presentation that welcomes all traditions and schools of thought concerning the sacred text.

The scientific committee and staff include high-level experts in the Jewish, Catholic and Protestant religions.
