Koogi TV is a new TV channel for children launched by Egypt’s Coptic Orthodox Church.
In presenting this new initiative, the spokesperson for the Church said that the new channel’s programming will promote and support educational programs for youth, dedicating special attention to reinforcing family relationships, a spirit of altruism, love for one’s country and consolidating one’s faith.
The new channel was inaugurated with the authorization of the National Council for Information.
