From April 13 to 27, 2018, the Daughters of St. Paul of Korea, guided by Sr. Anna Caiazza, general councilor for the apostolate, embarked on a fascinating “journey” within the pages of Apostolato Stampa, a text published in 1933 by Fr. James Alberione and used by him for lessons on the apostolate given to his first sons and daughters, and of the book Apostolato dell’edizione (1944), “a directive manual for formation and apostolate.” This text, inserted into the Opera Omnia Alberioniana, was recently translated into Korean.

Sharing the “abundant riches” of the Pauline charism is always a great joy and a source of new and passionate commitment. Conducted in three seminars, attended also by some members of the Society of St. Paul, we considered the timeless principles of the Pauline mission and deepened within ourselves the values of the formative proposal of Fr. Alberione characterized by wholeness. Reflection and sharing increased our desire to continue studying these texts so important for our life, so that “the fire in the heart” may be renewed, and the good news of the Gospel may – through the tools and languages of today’s communication – travel the roads of the world and reach the peripheries of existence and of history.
